Overhaul description:
Engine is disassembled, cleaned and checked
Cylinders are honed
Pistons are replaced and new piston rings are installed
Crankshaft is polished or ground if necessary
Crank and connecting rod bearings including screws are replaced
The cylinder head is disassembled, cleaned and ground flat
Valve guides and valve seats are checked and replaced/milled if necessary
Valves are sanded and pressed
Camshaft is polished and replaced if necessary
Shaft seals and shaft seals replaced
Oil pump will be overhauled if necessary replaced
All seals are replaced or assembled to assembly dimensions
The engine is then painted

Zylinder werden gehont
Kolben werden erneuert bzw. neue Kolbenringe verbaut
Kurbelwelle wird poliert ggf. geschliffen
Kurbel- und Pleullager inkl. Schrauben werden erneuert
Zylinderkopf wird zerlegt gereinigt und plangeschliffen
Ventilführungen und Ventilsitze werden geprüft ggf. erneuert / gefräst
Ventile werden angeschliffen und abgedrückt
Nockenwelle wird poliert ggf erneuert
Schaftdichtungen und Wellendichtringe erneuert
Ölpumpe wird überholt ggf gewechselt
Sämtliche Dichtungen werden erneuert oder auf Montagenmase zusammengebaut
Motor wird anschliessend lackiert
