I bought the Iveco Daily minibus because I planned to start my own business. The first time I drove the car was 700 km, I didn't even think it would be so comfortable. After driving it to my city, the engine of the minibus started to misbehave, it's frustrating that immediately after purchase I had to take the car to the service. As a result, I had to replace the injectors. The result turned out to be satisfactory, the car is running smoothly, now I can start passenger transportation.

I do a lot of group and team transport for work, and the Vito Tourer’s flexibility is handy. You can get different seat setups-six, seven, eight, even a weird bunk thing for someone who wants to nap. The sliding rail seats on higher-spec versions make moving stuff around less annoying, but yeah, lifting seats out still kinda sucks (not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder). Handling is better than most vans, actually feels pretty planted, but the steering doesn't tell you much. Value-wise, starting under thirty grand is alright for all the room you get. Would have liked some of the V-Class’s fancier bits inside, but at least it doesn’t feel cheap. I’d give the reliability a 4, can’t say I’ve pushed it to its limits yet.

I’ve spent over a week using the new V-Class for shuttle work. Honestly, the LED headlights are killer for night shifts. Visibility is just on another level compared to older vans. The rear doors now get some support latch so you don't have to adjust them as often, which is nice since the old ones always sagged a bit over time. Fuel economy though, not as low as the dealer said. It’s more around 10L/100km in regular mixed driving, not the claimed 7.5. That’s not bad for a big van, but still, I expected a bit less. The ride is smooth, and all those driving aids like lane assist and the new autopilot stuff actually make those long airport hauls less stressful. I wish they gave you rear mats though!

I leased the Sprinter 411 as I started a passenger transportation business. The salon has 12 seats. The seats have maintained their pristine condition for three years, thanks to the high-quality upholstery. The vehicle is powerful enough and fuel-efficient. However, there is one drawback - the transmission broke down once. I also want to mention the high cost of parts. Therefore, it's better to handle the car with care from the beginning.

I worked as a passenger bus driver at Iveco Daily50C11 in a travel agency. In total, I drove 500,000 km. I liked the reliable engine and the good gearbox. Passengers noted the comfort of the cabin. As for the drawbacks, I would highlight the need to frequently change the bearings. The heater doesn't work well in freezing temperatures - it was chilly inside the cabin. The price of spare parts seemed to be overpriced to me.

Been driving the Vito Tourer for work runs for a while now. I got the 2.1 diesel with rear wheel drive, and the 7-speed auto. The ride is solid, feels like the thing's built strong, but the styling isn't anything out there, it's just very standard Mercedes stuff. I'm used to lots of passengers and the space does the job, the big rear hatch is handy. Operation is easy, especially visibility from the driver seat, although I wish they had thrown in a bit more fun in the interior, everything looks plain. Good on diesel though, honestly does around 6 liters per hundred if you don't thrash it, and the electronics haven't glitched on me yet. Wouldn't mind a softer ride for crappy roads, but overall it works.

Although the van is old, I actively use it. Long trips are normal for it. Inside, the van is comfortable, but I still worked on the cabin. I upholstered the seats with new upholstery and slightly restored the floor in the cabin. In the 8 years since the purchase, I had to spend a little on repairs. The most costly repair turned out to be the transmission, but I don't remember the exact price anymore. However, the gearbox had already been worn out from use and needed some tinkering. Despite the nuances, I have no intention of selling my Hiace. The car works decently, even though it's old.

The fuel consumption in the city does not exceed 10 liters. It is important to regularly check the body for the presence of rust. It is also necessary to responsibly approach refueling the vehicle, as using poor-quality diesel fuel might require repairing the injector pump, and that can be expensive.

Used one as a crew shuttle for a bit. Practicality is the main story. Seats slide on rails and you can pull them right out if you’re hauling kit. That’s proper van thinking, and it makes day-to-day work simpler.

It doesn’t drive like a little car, don’t expect that. The steering and general feel are more "light commercial" than MPV, but it’s still refined enough. The auto box helps a lot; paddles are there but I never cared. Parking is easier than you’d think because the shape is so boxy you can place it.

One thing that annoyed me: the cruise/speed limiter stalk is tucked away and you can miss it at first. On a long run that’s just extra fiddling.

I've got a Tourer set up for airport shuttle duties. Seat layout is flexible and you can cram a lot of luggage in that boot. The electric windows and safety aids like ABS are cool, didn't expect this many features in a van. Dash and console aren't posh, but it's functional, everything at arm's length. Cold AC, so passengers are happy. From the service side, it's been mostly routine, a bit pricier than some other vans for parts and oil though. No breakdowns so far. Could've done with softer plastics inside. It's not a party bus, but it works for what I need.
